Joe Thambu Shuseki Shihan of Aikido Shudokan International, will be teaching a weekend seminar in Poland, hosted by Pawel Felisiak Kyoshi, Aikido Shudokan Poland.
The practice of aikido is to overcome oneself instead of cultivating violence or aggressiveness.
