Training

Most of your time at the dojo will be spent in dynamic group classes, focusing on essential Aikido techniques such as throws, escapes, joint locks, and pins. You’ll train alongside fellow students of varying levels—whether you’re partnering with a newcomer, a teenager nearing their black belt, or a seasoned master instructor—creating a unique and engaging learning environment. This collaborative atmosphere not only enhances your skills but also fosters personal growth and community.

Rank Testing

As you progress in your Aikido journey, you’ll have the chance to test your skills through rank assessments. Starting as an unranked white belt, you’ll advance through the kyu ranks and work toward your black belt (Shodan). This transformative process, guided by advanced practitioners, builds your self-assurance and discipline while cultivating resilience that extends far beyond the dojo.

Seminars

Participating in workshops and seminars is a vital aspect of the Aikido experience. With a global community hosting events every weekend, you’ll find intensive training opportunities that cater to all skill levels.
