Adult’s Class (Mulgrave SCC)
This class is for Adults and Teenagers and runs for 1 and a half hours. It involves a blend of fitness and traditional martial arts training. Each class is structured in a unique way, but in every class, you can expect to learn and train ukemi (how to fall), basic movements and Aikido techniques related to those movements. There will be self-defence application, or learning to use Aikido weapons, or jiyuwaza.
