Have you ever wondered what you would do if you or your loved ones were backed into a corner and physically threatened? Do you want to develop confidence through learning of skills and knowledge so you're not an easy target? Do you want to get fit whilst learning some practical skills?
The Aikido Shudokan Self Defence & Fitness Course has been designed to teach you the skills and mindset needed to build confidence in situations where you may need to defend yourself or others. You will be taught the techniques using the principles of Aikido, which relies not on strength but on concepts such as posture, timing, balance breaking and focus.
You don't need to be fit to do this course. With its focus on fitness, the course will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and determination so you come out more confident in yourself and what you can achieve.
The classes are taught by our friendly instructors who all have well over a decade of experience, are passionate about Aikido and its application so all classes are both fun and safe!
