The latest news and events from Aikido Shudokan

The biggest event on the Aikido Shudokan calendar is on again soon - taking place on Saturday 30th April 2016 at Trinity Grammar School, 40 Charles Street, Kew.

Participants need to be registered by 12pm and the demonstration will start at 1:30pm.

All family and friends are welcome to attend and tickets can be purchased at the door. You will be able to see all aspects of the Yoshinkan style of Aikido, including basic movements, basic techniques, childrens aikido, ukemi (falling), weapons, jiyuwaza (freestyle techniques), self-defence and much more. There will be ongoing commentary during the demonstration so that you can gain a deeper understanding of Aikido.

For the participants, the demonstration will be a chance to put yourself under pressure and lift the level of your Aikido, becoming fitter and sharper as well as getting technically better. Take yourself to the next level and be a part of it! All forms and guidelines are available for download below, with all registration forms due by Sunday 24th April.

If you are not able to participate in the demonstration but want to help out, please speak with one of the staff. This event will only be as good as the effort that we all put in!
